I'm a food delivery person. I dread having to come to this location to pick up for my customers... The staff seem friendly but only talk amongst themselves and do not tend to the people who are waiting on orders. Literally stood there for 20 minutes with no acknowledgement. I'm erked. ? The excessive wait time also affects my reviews and tips... Sucks!
I love this location! during certain hours it does get packed in the drive through and in door, so I see why baristas might get a little stressed out. I always go here to do some studying and grab about 2-3 items to drink and snack on while I'm there. I'm always served with respect and kindness. I would say though.... there are some young people who come out of school across the street who are very rude. They take up most of the seating, which is fine I understand their parents...read full review

Baristas are friendly and willing to help also very friendly. Plenty of sitting however does get crowded during peak hours.Parking: They have only way to the drive thru which is the aisle opposite the drive thru and it takes you around the parking lot. They have it coned off so that people can't cut you off to get to the drive thru and therefore in front of you.
