I love Starbucks at any location, this one was more of a walk in and I didn't feel like stopping for that. My sister nor myself wanted to get out, so we went to another location a couple of miles away. Nothing negative to say it's just we didn't stop because

The service is really bad not you have to stand in line because it's busy understandable you pay for items and afterwards you need to wait some for your drink to be made and its wrong and then they have the nerve to get pist off at you. Today i went in and the lady who made it had short hair sticking out of her cap and had the nerve to laugh in my face because i told her it was wrong 10/01/2022 @ maybe 300p

Service was terrible even with 3 people working the lady spend 5 minutes in discussion with the customer and then leaves the register to start placing pastries in a bag. I waited for a couple of minutes and ended up just leaving

Ahaha. When your standing around waiting for a while and you don't get a single word you have 3 employees. How many does it take to make two coffees for the two ladies waiting? I get it your a shop within a store but get your stuff in order.

They are much nicer and did well with my order yesterday. Five baristas working that shift and they did beautifully. The one star reviews aren't very up to date.

I usually don't rate chains because everyone has expectations for them and when they don't get the same service they expect they get mad and often rant on Yelp about it. It's usually people complaining about things. To be honest, I don't expect much. The reason why I am writing this exception is because of the deals that vons has that coordinate well with Starbucks. Vons has $2 grande drinks. Plus they ran out of grande cups and so they are using larger cups. But I don't mind. Not sure if any of you watch how other Starbucks make their drinks, but I often times see them dumping away part of my drink because they accidentally made a little too much. Nope! No waste! I'm glad they don't have grande cups and gave me the larger one. I feel like it's a free upgrade. Thank you

I literally just left this Starbucks inside Vons, and it was the worst customer service. It was 2 girls, according to my receipt one was Cynthia. Anyway the line was to the door of the market. Which I didn't mind so much because it's a Starbucks in a market. But one of the girls was just standing there most of the time and washing dishes while the other girl was doing both taking orders and making drinks. The whole time they're laughing as orders were coming and complaining about how long the line was and that they were supposed to close in an hour when the one taking orders goes "I don't give a f-word" but actually dropped the F bomb, while looking at the line. I don't have high expectations for market Starbucks but that was not acceptable

The slowest Starbucks ever!!! 15 minutes for each order work super slow. If you're running late or on time do not come to this one. You'll be stuck for 45 minutes for one order. Christ!!!!

The service sucks and they take up your time. I asked for a peach tea when the lady went to check if they had peach and she said yes. Fast forward when we paid the lady said they didn't have peach. That was a waste of my time and I also had to repeat my order.
