This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been as a customer and as a gigger. The previous time I was here to pick up an order they didn't have anything it was a mess. Now I arrived during regular business hours and the door is locked.If you are hard working gigger dumb ways your time coming to this Starbucks to pick up any orders you will just waste your time.

HORRIBLE customer service definitely don’t come here this specific store never makes the drinks right their acai lemonade ALWAYS taste watered down overall worst Starbucks I’ve ever went to I recommend Sierra and Slover instead it is wayyy better I never have a problem with them they know how to make their drinks right

Bad service the drinks are not made when I get the notification that they’re finished, they make the drinks like they hate their job and they never fill the cup all the way and they take forever to make, it does not look sanitize the counters are dirty it seems like they don’t clean their area and the floors are very dirty.

I just want to put up an appreciation post for this store and staff. I was ready to start my class and I absentmindedly knocked over the drink I just picked up. The staff jumped in to clean and whip up anover hot beverage. As a custodian and teacher I hate making messes for others. I so appreciate staff going above and beyond in theri customer service. Very happy this is my local store. Cheers

We stopped by at 1215pm. No friendly staff. Everyone working there seemed like they didn't want to be there. It took a while for drinks to be served. Got my drink and did not taste right. It was not made well. The trash on the outside was spilling over. I wouldn't come back to this

⚠️UPDATE⚠️ 12/27/23 I wanted to come on here and say I went back tonight and ordered at the drive-through and will admit things have changed the same guy I spoke about was super enthusiasticly nice and caring this time. He helped me make changes to what I ordered for my satisfaction and I am happy to say I will be a regular here again. I just really hope he changed for the better of himself rather than change because he was told to. Keep in mind im not seeking a out and beyond customer service all i ever want or need is satisfaction and to feel welcomedPREVIOUS REVIEW:i’m not one to make a review unless things have gone too far. Anytime I order online so I can pick up before work or pickup for uber eats, I am never greeted, spoken to, or acknowledged at the pick up area. The only some-what interaction i get is when they call my name for my order being ready but good luck hearing it, you can hear a pin drop louder than the women who call out names. When it comes to drive-through, based on my experience, the wait isn’t as crazy, as some say, but don’t be fooled, I absolutely hate going through the drive-through because the man that I always encounter obviously hates customers. I never bothered to check his name but he’s an Asian guy and im always nice even when i know he is taking my order. The only good thing I can say about this Starbucks is that 95% of the time the store lobby is kept clean and organized. it sucks this is my local starbucks.Cant leave out the food and beverage part. I never order food here so im lying if i were to write about the food. As for the beverages its almost like with every order- they flip a coin to see if they wanna make a drink correctly and delicious or wrong and nasty. This place really needs a turn around with their service.

I order on mobile so I don't have to wait for a half hour in drive thru yet they lock the store door and make you go thru drive they anyway. You see 5 employees but only 1 or 2 working. The others stand around talking. The drive thru might be much more efficient if everyone pitched in. Also change the hours and availability if you're not open
