The service is good and the atmosphere is great but honestly I think the food is just average. I'm not really sure what all the hype is about. Plus I think they should come out with either plant-based chicken fingers or lab grown chicken fingers because chicken is becoming very environmentally unsustainable.

I gave 4 stars if you order direct at the store. If you choose delivery the order is ALWAYS wrong. Good chicken, crunchy and bread is good when crispy. Fries need more salt lol

Plenty of parking, plenty of seats, options for outside and inside seating.Get the Cane’s App on your phone!Today it was not busy at all, Saturday around 3 pm. Nice and quiet. Semi clean inside. Inside seats could use a little cleaning. We sat in two, first one was sticky, second one just had crumbs so we just wiped them off.Service was good, cool and pleasant cashier, very welcoming. Quick service. Food came out fast. The drive-thru had always a car or two, quick service.Food was also good. Crispy chicken, crispy fries, and delicious bread.The women’s bathroom could also use a look over. Some of the stalls didn’t have toilet paper! But the bathrooms were clean.

After reading some of the reviews, we were a bit wary about coming to this location. But our experience was nothing but pleasant with the sweetest kids taking our order. Everyone was very professional and enthusiastic and we received our food promptly. Our order was perfect. Great job, Raising Canes!

I was craving canes on my way home from my boyfriends house and he recommended I try this location since it was super close. I went through the drive thru which moved relatively quick. The food always taste like they freshly made it and their fries have to be THE BEST! Have been to this location a few times and it has been great each time.

Picked up a pack of chicken tenders for the GF to snack on and when she received her order & asked for sauce the gal behind the counter says they need to charge extra if we want any sauce?!?! Seriously, who charges extra to give you 1 sauce that everyone else includes when you buy a meal? To make the experience even more "special", the tenders were basically the quality of bland over breaded grocery store freezer section chicken.

Left my card behind after I used it in the drive thru. Called the next day to see if they had it. They sure did, but with an extra ~$50 worth of raising canes charged to the card after my order. 100% a worker used my card to buy food from raising canes because it never left raising cane's. Avoid this restaurant, their employees are dishonest. Owner should look into whoever is stealing from their customers.
