“First time stopping to grab a bite after all my trips to Fortuna. We were in town to upgrade a system with CAL FIRE. Plenty of items to choose from their menu. I couldn't decide between breakfast or lunch. I decided on a burger with fries (potato wedges). Very tasty and the fries were nicely seasoned and crispy. One of my coworkers had the 2 egg breakfast with potatoes, toast and linguica. It looked good from where I sat. The other had the BLT which he said was "okay". Definitely worth a visit.“

“We came in from out of town with a party of 13 with 3 small kids. They place us right away out back under one of the tents in the beer garden. We had the heater going, apps came out right away, great beers and space for the kids to hang out. Service was 10 stars, she talked to the kids, refilled all our drinks, took add ons with a smile. We bought sweatshirts and she brought them out for us to try on.Amazing evening.“

“It’s a really cool coffee shop! Very vintage vibe. The barista is friendly and welcoming. They serve Chinese tea too, which we found as a surprise in Ferndale! Their sneakerdoodle cookie is delicious!!!!! Definitely get them if you see them!!!! They have great painting inside too :) A gem to visit :)“

“The best Hamburgers and Vanilla Bacon Milkshake I ever had!! The friendliest people you will ever meet! We drove all the way from Medford Oregon just to have a burger!!! We will definitely return!!! Must try!!!“

“We stopped by for lunch on a recommendation from a business owner on the square. Did not disappoint. Our waiter was great and the food was delicious. I loved that our waiter wrapped up our sandwiches to take to-go for us. We all had the other half for dinner. Great place for kids as well. Salad bar is small (in a good way-everything super fresh) and it was nostalgic in the best way. Will definitely return the next time we travel through that area.“

“Great, home style cooking! We’ve been coming for years and the food is always consistent. Friendly staff. It’s a small place, and fills up quickly. Don’t miss out, get it togo if seating is full. Also, don’t forget one of Lauron’s cinnamon rolls!!! You will not be disappointed.“
