Walked in to order takeout. Saw two staff members. Neither greeted me. It wasn't busy. I was waiting by the counter, but no one bothered to see why I was standing there with a menu in hand. I expected at least a "hi" and perhaps "please wait a moment" or "are you ordering to go?" But no acknowledgement. It was strange and disappointing, so I walked out. Onto a different spot for Korean fried chicken.

First time trying Bonchon. I came right when they opened so there was no wait. The guy who took my to go order explained the different flavors. My husband wanted to order the combo half soy garlic, half spicy. Good thing the guy warned me that spicy is really spicy. So I ended up ordering a few spicy strips for my husband. For the combo, I ordered soy garlic and the new flavor (I forgot what it is called but it's less spicy). The chicken was crispy even after a ten minute drive home. My family thought the soy garlic was the best. I tasted the spicy chicken and it was super spicy for me. It left an aftertaste in my mouth for a while. Their kimchi and radish were alright. Nothing special. Overall, I would come back, but next time only order the wings. The drumstick meat was a bit tasteless after you eat the skin.

Love Bonchon, ordered togo. First time at this specific location and hoped for consistency. Unfortunately expectations were not met. Wings were OK, seemed more bready than usual (or I'm just tripping.) Tried the new sauces and they were great. But I was more disappointed in the quality of tteokbokki...... Usually it's HOT, temperature and spice wise. But instead I got a thick layer of room temp cheese that I can leave teeth marks on. Undercooked/al dente rice cakes, and very mid flavour. I usually dip my wings in it, so it was an extremely underwhelming meal. Service was OK. Seemed slow and I ordered togo so I didn't expect much. Ambiance was also OK. I'm probably going to stick going to the other location.

Authentic Korean fried chicken. Flavors are on point. I love that the dough is not too thick and chicken is still tender. The garlic soy wings are on the sweeter side. I like that the sauce is not overpowering, just enough for the wings and not making them soggy They also have Japchae , which is my favorite. Not too many restaurants have this dish. Taste is ok.

I come back for the second time because chicken was good taste to me but the service very bad. The time i come only 1 or 2 table while a guys stand at the counter wearing 2 airpods playing game or watching something on his phone without care the customers coming or we need water or side dishes

The wings are great. The fried rice was really good. Highly recommend this place. You can choose a different sauces or mix it up.

These wings were so dry... the seasoning was pretty bland. This was my first time trying this place and def my last.

This place closes at 9pm. We entered at 8:05. Employee promptly told us that we would not be allowed to sit at a table and they were only accepting take-out orders! Don't advertise hours for a restaurant and decide you don't want to serve them because you want to get home early!!

Our first visit. Most things are made with wheat. We had bulgogi, eating gluten free.

Greatest wings! I also tried their Bulgogi tacos and they were superb. I have friends talk about how Bonchon's Korean Wings are the best and I can definitely see why!

Ate there 10/16/2023.Recommend door alarm. Was the place busy? No. There was 1 already seated table and 1 table that came in after us. It took us walking up to counter to get noticed vs just walking in the door. We were seated and handed menus and plates. We had to ask for water. Food came out quick and fast and hot!!! Delicious!!But the service. Two employees. Both nose glued to phones. Then one was eating their meal and watching phone. Second one later too was eating their meal and on phone. So that uncomfortable feeling of I don't want to bother them while eating. But I should. But ... Had to interrupt to get refill of water. Had to interrupt to get bill. One table walked in and seated themselves and waited to be noticed... But eventually stood up and had to walk to counter to get their menu and such. The servers acted surprised to see them as they hadn't even noticed they walked into restaurant. They were very quick and attentive to food deliveries as they had to walk up to counter. Thus - food was great n fast and hot. But recommend as take out only to not interfere with phone time and their meal breaks.

WARNING: SPICY WINGS ARE REALLY SPICY.We love Bonchon! We usually get their tofu salad, delicious season fries, and half soy garlic and half spicy wings- Absolutely delicious! HOWEVER-- we ordered the spicy wings today and they were unbearably hot. Like ghost pepper hot. Not sure if there was a new cook in the back or they just decided to kick it up 10 notches, but it was pretty bad. Even my mom, who can eat Thai chilis without breaking a sweat, said it was spicy. No one at our gathering ate them after finding out so we had to take the box home and douse them in ranch.Just a fair warning about it- 3 stars for this surprising experience. If they had us pick the spicy level, that would be a better idea to give people options instead of randomly spicing things up. Maybe one day we'll be brave enough to try them again. Lol
