The milk tea here is pretty good. I usually get 30% sweet because I don't like overwhelmingly sweet drinks. I got their chocolate milk tea with boba last time and it was about $6.50 for the regular size. I've also had the strawberry and taro milk teas (all caffeine free) and they're all good. This shop is tucked away (hiding in the Dutch Bros parking lot) but it's so good!They have a few tables and chairs and it's very clean inside. However, I usually just get my drink and then leave.
Boba seems like its been sitting out for awhile, hard and not soft. Like most dingtea, its powder and not fresh. Workers are nice enough.

The honey milk tea and aloe vera peach juice was nice. However, it was a bit too sweet on this milk tea. Decor is alright coming in. Being served on their process could be better on the quality overall but they get it done fast enough.

Always a great spot. It has all your regular selections of boba flavors but I enjoy their milk tea in particular (25% sweet) because I don't like my drink overly sweet. The boba is the perfect texture. I always grab this spot to-go and always a great experience.

One of 3 Ding Teas I frequent (Little Saigon Bolsa Ave and Garden Grove K-Town Trask Ave are the other two).Generally quickly made, tastes fine, no issues. Bolsa tends to be cheaper across the board, Garden Grove open late followed by Bolsa.Prices up here, $4.75 to almost $7 and boba adds another $0.85 to $0.95.Ding Tea is one of my favorites in the area. Generally very good boba and milk tea drinks.

Location - shopping center where Subway and Sprouts are. Parking - easy peezy. The store was closing in 30 minutes when I drove by and decided to get a milk tea boba drink. I've never been here so I was taking a shot at yummy boba. I walk in and one of the associates let me know they didn't have the regular boba but they had Crystal boba. I had no clue what that was so they offered me a taster. Not bad! I also didn't want a caffeinated drink and she walked me through a few of their specials that would suit my request. She and the other associate were very helpful, patient, and didn't rush me out the door. The service was A+! There are seats inside this place too so I can see how people would want to hang out after getting themselves yummy coffee, tea, slushees or other items they offer. Simply for the service, I would come back time and time again.
