It wasn't any one thing, it was that EVERYTHING was fantastic. The service: the team at Fable & Spirit take the time to give their guests the best experience possible. The cocktails, and the food were all perfectly balanced in their flavors and excellently prepared-- what I loved most was that there were blends of flavors I hadn't experienced together before and they were delightful. I sat at the bar and Blake and his team took the best care of me.- Wood Fired Pizetta: delicious, I'd order again.- Short Ribs: delicious, but likely would not order again- Himachi (seasonal) Sashimi Plate: so fresh and amazing flavors, I'd always order their seasonal Sashimi.- Chasing Perfection Cocktail: Unique and delicious cocktail, would absolutely order again!!!- Callebraut Chocolate Budino: Shockingly delicious. “You should consider your reservation to Trust as a dinner show starring master chef Justin, sous chef Kyle, wine expert Trish and Jared, the man that makes things happen. This 13 course diner show included the absolute best bread in town, duck, steak and ravioli amongst others, finished with three different desserts. Chef Justin told story with each course served, the wine was not just served, Trish gifted with love. So did the deserts, you can tell that Kyle had poured his heart and soul into the sweets.Be on time for your reservation and bring a hungry appetite. It is worth it.“

“I really enjoyed my first time at Vaca. The roasted cauliflower was incredible. I can't wait to have it again. The paellas are shareable. The restaurant gets really busy during happy hour. A lot of people stop by before walking over to Segerstrom Center for the Arts. Make sure to get there early or make a reservation.“
“Okay Stacey exceeded all expectations with her charcuterie cups for our event She really is so talented and has an eye to make things that are both beautiful and delicious. People were so sad to even dive in because they were so pretty! Not only were the cups hand crafted and unique with items like sealed crackers, honey sticks, etc, she even included darling pearls and baby's breath for decor that just sent it over the top! Definitely check her out for any of your entertaining needs. She can do anything from single serve cups to GIANT grazing boards. She will customize it to your liking if you tell her what you like/don't like and she even does fun BRUNCH boards!! Can't wait for our next event!!!“

“My neighborhood spot with food that has flavors! Something that seems to be missing in most places. Luke the bartender gave me different tastings of the cocktails so I could decide. I ordered the Spicy Salami pizza, YUMMMY!!! If not spicy enough they give you chili sauce, chili flakes and grated parmesan. Great service, wonderful flavors and cozy place.“

“In town for the #expowest2024 show and decided to spend the weekend in Huntington, Beach. Looked up of lots of places and landed on The Black Trumpet…I’m in the food business and travel a lot, so when eating out it takes a high level of execution to really get me excited! This place absolutely exceeded my expectations on every level! We tried a little of everything, and we were blown away….filet empanadas were absolutely the best I’ve ever had hands down! From the first course to dessert with a nice port, we were just in love! Service was impeccable and atmosphere was just perfect! So glad we made the stop, and it will certainly be my go to next time I’m in town!“
“The Baja Tacos are excellent and very favorable. The food is always good. However, if you are looking for good service this is not the place. The cashier has no customer service skills. He always seems to be angry.The restroom is always out of order. Which is not a big deal because there is public restrooms around the block.The food makes up for the other flaws.Bon appetit.“

“DTTN 2.0 is a membership only dining experience that really showcases how a business model like this can be successful. Our membership level is $100 a month which is applied toward your dining bill. Considering that you can’t get out of a fast food joint these days for under $50 it seems, it’s a no brainer to us. It also is a good motivation to get out for a date night once a month! Don’t get me wrong, we weren’t sure about the idea of a membership based restaurant but once we gave it a try as guests of other members we were blown away by the experience.So now that we’ve covered the membership aspect, let’s talk food and drinks. We usually start at the bar with cocktails and great conversation with the bartenders who are true mixologists. Most of the time when you tell a bartender, “Surprise me!”, they are less than thrilled and you end up with something less than desirable. Not here. For these guys that phrase is a fun challenge and they will deep dive into your various drink likes and dislikes to custom craft a cocktail that will satisfy!Dinner service is always amazing. You have top tier service from the entire staff who will guide you through selecting an array of dishes. Food is shareable sizes and there’s always something new and exciting. Boredom isn’t possible here. Bring a couple friends and order one of everything on the menu. It’s worth it.Come to think of it…it’s time to make another monthly visit!“

Not bad but had better...pretty nice price for portion and service was decent but a little slow while after asking about boxes and bags for left over, but understand they were busy. “My wife and I decided to dine at Sevilla’s last night and it was our absolute best dining decision in quite a while! Let me start off by saying Sevilla’s has an amazing Happy Hour and it now goes until 7pm and on weekends too!!!!! $10 cocktails, 50% off their cold and hot Tapas, like are you for real!? On top of that… each dish was incredibly delicious so hats off to the cooks.We also had the pleasure of having Paul be our waiter while he had a new hire shadowing whose name was Bryan. Bryan was respectful and observant on how Paul did his service so props to him.As for Paul… Sevilla is blessed to have such a genuine and engaging employee who gave amazing food and drink recommendations… always knew when to check in with us and when to let us be… he walked the line incredibly well and thanks to his service, Sevilla’s food and lastly the business owners decision to have such an amazing happy hour policy - my wife and I will be coming back routinely now.Thank you Sevilla for a lovely dining experience!“
“WOW. No words, came here this last Friday for a company event that our bosses rented out the place for and the food was SPECTACULAR!! We complained that we should've brought to go boxes because the food was mouthwatering, fresh, and constantly coming out of the oven! “What a great spot. The inside is cozy and comfortable with a great views of the kitchen at work. I sat at the bar and watched the action. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the wine list was decent with an option to please everyone. The food menu had some of the best variety of tapas I'd seen in a while. It was hard to only order five things! You will spend a bit but it's worth every penny to try so many wonderful dishes. I don't eat gluten and I had no trouble finding safe options.“

“Underrated afternoon chill for getting draft beer and healthy pours of wine. We usually come during the week for the burger and beer deal. This time we came and the menu had added options such as the crab cake and fish and chips. Every time we come the server is friendly and gets our food out quickly. The seats are always abundant. “Sabrosada has multiple locations across the Orange County area, and this location is near Mile Square Park next to Sam's Club. It has a small parking lot, some indoor seating, and a drive through if you don't want to get out of your car. AL PASTOR TACO ($2.45) - they have a smaller size with just onions and cilantro and a larger size with guacamole (that's also twice the cost). I got the smaller size but the taco was still loaded with meat. Even better, the al pastor was flavorful and tender. These tacos were solid! 5/5 SUPER BURRITO ($14.49) - even though I got this without beans, for a super burrito the size was not so super. It was not big and it was just okay. It wasn't the best I've had and I liked the other things I got here more. 3/5 CARNE ASADA FRIES ($14.99) - they have a full size and a half size although the full size is only ~$1 more. The carne asada was a little dry but the fries had a lot of fresh ingredients like pico and onions to help with the heaviness. This also had beans in it which I didn't care for and would get it without next time. 4/5 Their red and green sauces were both pretty good. The al pastor was way way better than the carne asada and I would try to get everything I could with the al pastor even if I had to pay extra for it.“
