We love to come here for dim sum, which they make after orders are placed, so they come out very fresh, but it could take a little longer than usual. It's inside an office complex so you couldn't see it from outside.

This place has terrible service shouting to the customers in Chinese. We told them we don’t speak Chinese but the worker in the counter was yelling at us to write down our name on a paper in Chinese. The dishes and cup were so dirty that they had dust in it and it took 30 minutes to get the dumpling we ordered. There was a piece of left over food on the dish too which was disgusting.

Waited in the line for 15min and then the lady starts screaming in Chinese. I had to tell them Im not Chinese but she was throwing a paper to write down my name. The tea pot they brought was so dirty and one of the dumpling I ordered didn’t come out for 30min even though 50% of the tables were empty.

Stopped by BK's Bistro for some Saturday lunch dim sum!Two of us ordered:-tea $1.25/pp-steamed shrimp pork dumpling (shumai) $6.19-chicken feet $5.19-steamed shrimp dumplings $6.19-steamed shanghai style dumpling $6.19-steamed beef tripe ginger green onion $5.49-pan fried pot stickers $5.19We definitely ordered a lot for two and had some leftover. Could have gone without the pot stickers. XLB was on the heavier side and stuck to the tin. Chicken feet and shumai were good. Staff was friendly.Dim sum experience without all the chaos and carts bumping into you. Easy parking in the area.
Pretty good food and a very friendly staff. Try their Mango mochi!!!

We had a pretty bad experience here because the waitress said we couldn’t sit at their outside tables, even if we offered we could take food to-go.It’s the first time we countered this at any restaurant in the Bay Area, that we were denied services because of choosing to sit outside.

Service can be a lot better. Play imagine a restraunt that can't give you a lemon. What's up with that? Food is ok. And service can be a dam sight better. Otherwise it's a great place.

We brought a visitor from England. We have patronized this place for years. We were seated promptly. Then others were seated on both sides of us. They were able to order and get their food. We were ignored. It was only because the woman next to us that the manager came and took our order. The dim sum was good but the “beef chow fun” was a gloppy mess with a sauce and several pieces of meat. None of it mixed together. We collectively felt we were ignored because we were not Asian. I don’t like to claim this but I have no other explanation. For all the times we have been we will never go back. Shame on you BK Bistro. Craig Uhler. We were there on Oct 8 2023. Approx. 1245
