The chef at Papasan is meticulous and the Japanese culture and attention to detail comes out in all dishes. He takes great pride in the quality of fish and all ingredients and the presentation is beautiful! It's our family favorite. Family owned business with very friendly owners.They have good ramen (big portions) and bento options; Their rolls are good too. Reasonable prices and very quick!Now that we live much closer, we'd probably come very often

SooooGood! Food is so fresh and delicious. Customer service is perfect!I ordered Ton Katsu and it was crunchy outside and still very moist and delicious inside.Salmon sashimi is very fresh and the portion is perfect and filling. Truly authentic Japanese flavour. Will make sure to stop by next time when we go to Fremont!
