We walked in busy morning they had an older man standing there for 20 minutes while one employee was making only DoorDash. The other employee was taking orders and making bagels. while I think that the manager or owner and another man were just walking around and not helping. The poor girl that was doing the register and making peoples bagels, was really trying her hardest ! if you wanna wait two hours for a bagel this is the place.

There were gnats in the bagel case and my small order took a really long time to receive considering they weren't that busy.

Completely dysfunctional.4 employees all running around. Poor communication. Got the orders wrong. Over crowded. Expensive. Out of majority of the bagels. Employees barely speak English. Do not come here.

Visited Noah's Bagels after a long time. Went on a very busy hour on Saturday morning. Had to wait for 30+ mins for bagel but the wait was worth of food they served. I ordered for Garden Avocado ? and it was yummy ?

DO NOT GO HERE! Super short staffed, waited for over 1 hour for bagels and coffee. Only 1 cashier, 2 people making sandwiches (bagels) and 1 brewing fresh coffee (ZERO coffee for customers). Been to many locations of Noah's Bagels but never waited this long for service. The staff was doing their best but I can tell it was out of their hand being understaffed. Management should be there helping during peak hours to meet demands. You are better off going to the Starbucks next door for your food and drinks.

No more potato and cracked peppercorn bagels (my favorite) hence only a four star review. Other bagels and their schmears are solid.

Who doesn't love Noah's? We got a dozen to go back to the hospital to share and picked up two spreads as well, all for under $20. The bagels were fresh and the customer service was nice.

Came here on a Friday morning around 10 am with my boyfriend. We stood in line at the register where the menus were directly behind. There were 4 people working and no one said a thing. No greeting or any direction. The lady behind the counter named Laura said at the very far end said she's taking orders over there after waiting for several minutes. She ended up taking someone that was behind us in line. By the time, we were next to order at the same register, Laura was standing at the register and talking to her coworker about leaving. She didn't ask us with our order ordifected us to order at another register. She said NOTHING to us. We wereconfused where we needed to order. Finally, another person said "I can help you over here". We placed our order which my boyfriend had requested to add avocado to his sandwich, which we paid for. When we received our order and had left to eat the food at home, my boyfriend realized there was no avocado! We had to drive back and let them know. After that whole experience, we were both left extremely irritated and frustrated. I requested a refund since the sandwich was not made correctly and the whole experience was bad. I will never go back to that location. This place needs to change their customer service and quality control. If your looking for bagels, go to Posh Bagels on the other side of Fremont Blvd.

Great bagels and awesome customer service. Had a slight issue with a mobile order and the manager made it right without hesitation! Awesome service!

Ordered on doordash. Horrible taste. The avocado bagel even had stale avocado.

Because each bagel is over $2 I could not afford to get one. They might be good but too expensive for me so I did not buy anything there

Always short staffed, out of bagels and taking forever. I waited over 35 min for 2 bagels- one had egg and one just had cream cheese.

I tried the poppy bagel with veg cream cheese. Super rich aroma and flavour. Melted in my mouth. Quick service for a takeaway on a weekend. Enjoyed it.

I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. Literally ALL the staff members that worked this morning ruined my entire day. Until now, I'm very frustrated and upset. I could care less about losing $20, but how I was treated by ALL the staff members this morning was THE WORST. And Robert whatever business manager, before you message me stating to file a complaint on the website, I already did. I really hope they take all of these bad reviews into consideration. Everything about that location needs to change or might as well just shut them down. Anyone who comes here and runs into issues, the staff will blame you, 100%. So if you don't want your day ruined, stay away from this place. Go to a different Noah's or another bagel shop. I ended up leaving with nothing and yelled out, this BS is not worth my time or my $20. It's sad because I've been to other locations and their service and food quality is on point, every time.

Stopped by on a Friday for a late breakfast/lunch before grocery shopping next door. 12pm and bagel options were limited. I ordered what I needed and ordered a coffee. Turned around to pour it and it was cold. I asked the girl why the coffee was cold and she offered to microwave it. I guess 12pm is too late for fresh coffee, or even hot coffee. Should have gone to Starbucks next door.Napkin dispenser was empty. And the rest of the coffee counter was in disarray. Not worth the 8 dollar bagel sandwich or the overpriced coffee.
