This is the 3rd year in a row that I have been coming here.This Fremont store is the worst one I have ever been to. I always order ahead of the Christmas rush. All 3 times I ordered two weeks before Christmas. Okay so after driving past this place a bunch of times I decided to try a ham sandwich on croissant bread. The sandwich itself is just okay. The ham was good but the sandwich had very little ham in it. For almost $10 you're better off going to another deli place. I don't think I'll be back anytime in the near future. The food is always good no complaints there. As for the Service..today was a sh*t show. we reserved a HAM of course for the holiday and picked a reservation time to pick it up. why when we showed up we still have to wait in a long line? To find out that the line should have been separated by prepaid and still needed to pay. it was a mess that was unnecessary at all.
