Always such sweet and quality workers here at the store. Best to prepay and pickup. I waited 45 minutes in line for sliced ham, when I got home they gave me 1/2 the amount I asked for I live 1/2 hour away so not driving back. Called to complain politely and was hung up on by staff. This is Easter but still very disappointing

This is the 3rd year in a row that I have been coming here.This Fremont store is the worst one I have ever been to. I always order ahead of the Christmas rush. All 3 times I ordered two weeks before Christmas. I ordered Pecan pie ,dinner rolls,and a ham.All they had was the ham.Same thing 3 years in a row.What is the sense in pre-order if they never have it.What really made me upset was while I was waiting for the little girl to figure out how to ring it up because it wasn't the complete order I made the customer next to me got a Pecan pie with his order.How did that work.My wife thinks you have to pre pay. I don't see where that would make any difference. The little girl helping me was very unhelpful and seemed very frustrated. I wonder if she is tired of telling others like me that all they have is ham and that's it.Never going back to this establishment. I have gone to Pleasanton in the past and got everything I wanted there.I will go back there even though Fremont is a lot closer.Good ham TERRIBLE service. They ought to close it down.

The cashier name Destiny was very rude and and disrespectful towards me and my wife the place wasn't even busy like other times i been here, it made me not want to recommend this place to anyone of my friends and family. and is sad because I been coming to honey baked at Mowry in fremont ca California for many years.

Okay so after driving past this place a bunch of times I decided to try a ham sandwich on croissant bread. The sandwich itself is just okay. The ham was good but the sandwich had very little ham in it. For almost $10 you're better off going to another deli place. I don't think I'll be back anytime in the near future. Pre-ordered and pre-paid for Thanksgiving sides. Stood in line for over an hour to pick-up only to find they were out of everything I pre-paid for except for soup mix. Left me scrambling to fill the gaps in my menu.They also didn't process a refund like they said they would. Instead, I received an email saying my order was complete. I now need to take time out of my workday to call Honeybaked customer service to get my money back.I've been ordering sides from this store every year for over a decade and the lines and the pick-up process have only gotten worse over time. I've never had them literally not have anything I pre-ordered though. Something was very wrong this year. Definitely going elsewhere for Christmas.

First , we had to fall in line even if we already ordered and paid online. It took us an hour and there were a lot of angry customers. Then a staff announced that walk in customers should leave . They should have told them earlier if there's no more ham available .Second , when I opened the ham morning of thanksgiving , it was burnt , smoky taste and no glaze at all.

The food is always good no complaints there. As for the Service..today was a sh*t show. we reserved a HAM of course for the holiday and picked a reservation time to pick it up. why when we showed up we still have to wait in a long line? To find out that the line should have been separated by prepaid and still needed to pay. it was a mess that was unnecessary at all. Don't have us reserving a time it it doesn't matter. if you want us to reserve a time then serve the people that came in at the reserved time. ..so many angry customers!!!

Horrible experience this year by far! I thankfully had a reservation I waited in line starting at 5:20am. A older lady with braided hair come out 1hr later arguing and fighting with people in line. She was very rude telling everyone if you have no reservation don't waste her time and leave as no one would be getting a ham with no reservation. I understand low supply and all but there is a way of saying things. Doors opened at 7am was helped by a younger gal very friendly when leaving delivery truck was blocking me, no big deal I waited then backed up. As I was driving towards the back of the building that same OLDER lady with a braided ponytail was standing outside and started yelling at me in the car due to the truck driver wanting to back up. I rolled window down and told her she was not to yell at me as I had no idea the driver was backing up as he kept driving forward. She walked towards my car when we exchanged more unprofessional words not even that she had the audacity to flip me off. I am and ex employee & customer here and never have I experienced so much anger from a staff member. She should be fired and removed she is not friendly to anyone and was laughing at the fact she got into a argument with other customers the day before. Never walk up to any customers care like if you are ready to harm them! She should be let go. Very rude.

If there was a 0, I would. went in two weeks ago and placed order for ham and turkey, each to feed 18. we wanted to pre pay but they said we can't. went in on the day we scheduled to pick up (the 22nd). waited an hour and when we got to register to pay they had no turkey. at that time, they informed us we could have paid if ordered on line. some people we were in line with, weren't able to pre-pay, and others were. The line went completely around the side of the store, and we know that a lot of these people were expecting to get turkey. It seems the people that had pre-paid online and set up a time were the only people that got turkey. But that could be wrong too. They told us they had no turkey people be aware call ahead you don't wanna stand out in that line for an hour or two hours waiting to be told they were out. A lot of people are gonna have their turkey dinners messed up because the way they handle their business. Someone should be going out and letting these people know that there is no turkey. Making people wait in that line is rude and bad business
