I really enjoyed my experience here. I came for the drinks and food. I was really impressed with the food! If I could, I'd eat here daily. The customer service by our bartender (Kyle) was great, too.
Here is my list:1) Poor customer service and no waiter available.2) Waiter took a long time between serving drinks and taking our order. No water was give at all, no utensils and napkins either (8 ppl in the group). Had to ask for them twice.3) Food was not satisfying. It looked appealing, but it did not taste like the quality for the price you paid.4) Music is too loud, hard to hear anyone speaking, had to yell to get across to each other.5) Games are way overpriced as well and do not dispense enough tickets to actually justify playing the game.

Servers are overwhelmed with so many tables. We hardly saw our server and we could see that he was very busy the entire time. Game prices are high for what you get. Food was just ok. Overall fun for the kids but not great food or service

We had a great experience. Alfredo was our waiter and he was nice, fast and very attentive. Food and drinks were good. Virtual reality games had sani-wipes next to them with a compact trash can next to it. I was extremely happy to see that. 10/10. Definitely will be back!

Typical as far as dave and busters go, the staff at the front are extremely nice and helpful. The variety of games compared to other arcadeesque places though is slim espcially in the claw game variety. There are alot of VR games though if thats something you are into. The place isnt extremely crowded but you might have to wait for some of the more popular games. They also serve alcoholic drinks and food as well.Parking: Free parking lot usually is never filled so you wont have problems even on a weekendKid-friendliness: The place is full of kids and games so theres always plenty to do.

The worst experience that I have ever had visiting a dave and Busters. From the start we had problems. There was a booth open that split the restaurant and the arcade when I requested that booth, I was told no, that the booth is only available for parties of 7 we were only 5. I offered to pay for 7 dinners so we could have the booth told no again. I asked for one of the booths at the front of the restaurant and was told that section was closed. The only table they had available was under the tvs in the corner I could take it or not. I should have left then, but I had already promised my daughter a night out and didn't want to disappoint her. We tried to order, but they were out of the first 3 apps we attempted to order, and two of the dinners were out as well. When we got up to go to the arcade section. There was a party of 5 in the original booth we asked for, and the other section was currently being sat. I felt like we were stereotyped and put in the corner. So I guess I get to say thanks to Annalise, the hostess, for showing us how much customers matter to this location. I also posted photos of how busy they were so you can see there were plenty of tables open it was just us they didn't want out of the corner.

EXPENSIVE for what it is. Arcade and comfort food with a bar.
We really like coming here as a family there is always something for everyone. A fee months ago we were getting detoured because the food hadn't been very good and a couple of Service related issues. But today's visit was great Michael the manager was phenomenal very helpful!The food seems ti be getting better but still a little issue. Overall I think Michael is helping turn the place back around.

My family was there for a birthday party. We had a reserved table. Everything seemed okay at first but they had a very weird policy that the cake has to be cut outside and the staff would not cut the cake either. The mother of the birthday girl had to keep going outside to cut cake as the guests came back from playing at staggered times. I was at the table most of the time and as my friends and I were talking our waiter came and started throwing out people's food and drinks without asking if they were done or wanted to take it home. Just taking it off the table and trashing it! Then he proceeded to take the tables and chairs away that were lined up for our party. A little later my daughter asked for a refill on her water and she was told to have a parent go to the bar and get it for her. Not exactly restaurant style dining.Everyone felt like we were being rushed out even though it was no where near closing time. My son was so upset that they took his burger away before he could eat it!!! I paid almost $400 for meals and games and that's not even including the food and drinks and games the rest of the guests paid for. NEVER AGAIN!!!! We should have gotten a refund for the food they trashed and the worst service ever. Deplorable.
