We had a great experience. Alfredo was our waiter and he was nice, fast and very attentive. Food and drinks were good. Virtual reality games had sani-wipes next to them with a compact trash can next to it. I was extremely happy to see that. 10/10. Definitely will be back!
Typical as far as dave and busters go, the staff at the front are extremely nice and helpful. The variety of games compared to other arcadeesque places though is slim espcially in the claw game variety. There are alot of VR games though if thats something you are into. The place isnt extremely crowded but you might have to wait for some of the more popular games. Here is my list:1) Poor customer service and no waiter available.2) Waiter took a long time between serving drinks and taking our order. No water was give at all, no utensils and napkins either (8 ppl in the group). Had to ask for them twice.3) Food was not satisfying.
