When I heard that Einstein’s was coming to Fresno I was super excited, however the first month of it being open they had a rocky start. I went in multiple times and the cashiers didn’t seem excited to be working, I was constantly getting the wrong order but I still continued to go whenever I got the chance. Came in for the first time today and man this might be my new spot for breakfast sammys. All of the staff were friendly and attentive. I ordered the brisket sandwich as is, it was a little skimpy on the brisket not gonna lie but the flavor was a 10/10. Got an extra side of the aioli, was not disappointed. Overall I am pretty impressed with this spot, definitely coming back.

Today is first time I went there and ordered a bagel to go and a breakfast sandwich. Girl brought bag to me when sandwich was ready. I did bony know I needed to pick up another bag with my bagel at register. I got home and did not have bagel I ordered. I called and they offered to deliver to my home. I said no that I would stop by later but now there are closed.
