I was at the water light festival at Woodward park on 11/6/21 and ordered food. After about an hour waiting, I asked for my money back. my order number was 29 and they were still on order number 7. I was rudely questioning on why I wanted a refund and they made me feel like I was the "bad" person because they couldn't keep up with the orders. The food smelled good, but I doubt it would've been worth the wait. I went next door to Salt & Pepper Truck and had a delicious burger in a matter of minutes. I wish I wouldn't just went there in the first place. 0/10 for service alone and will never attempt to order from them again, not like I'd get my food anyways
