John Muir Tavern, now known as Tap & Pour, is the sole sit-down restaurant in the secure area of the Fresno Airport. The breakfast menu is limited before 10 am, but the toasted breakfast brioche was surprisingly delicious, served with tater tots. Despite some missed salsa, the food came out quickly in a to-go container due to maintenance. The service was prompt and efficient, perfect for a pre-flight meal. While the tater tots and iced tea were average, the hamburger looked appetizing. The taco salad was a decent choice, with attentive wait staff making the dining experience enjoyable before traveling.
