For the first time my husband and I went out for brunch in a long time. We decided to go to Los Amigos Mexican Restaurant in Fresno. This is a new location for the restaurant. It is the old Pardini's on Blackstone near Shaw Avenue. It is a very nice, comfortable ambience. Lots of families enjoying the food here. There is the main restaurant, a nice patio and Mescal room. We were there last night 2-29-2024. We thought the food was very good. And the chips and salsa were very delicious. It's very satisfying before the main meal... because, I think most of us arrive to any Restaurant, starving! And it keeps one satisfied until the food is served. And the added touch to us was the feel of the Restaurant. When u walk in, it's very colorful and looks inviting, and then music... Excellent! We will go back again soon! And will tell my friends about it.

As authentic as it gets. Chicken mole was disappointing, they used the so called enchilada sauce. The servers were very attentive everything is clean and refills are prompt. Nopales were good and fresh. The coffee is good and so are the aguas frescas. Freshly made tortillas were a nice treat. Pancakes were tough also but very good overall.
