Oh wow! This was my first visit to Pieology and it truly is amazing pizza!!! And that's high praise from a Chicago girl, as we know good pizza! Jennifer explained the process to me and gave me great suggestions while assembling my customized pizza. She was so enthusiastic and helpful! I want to thank Madeline who helped me today. I came in at 12:30pm, I've been dealing with some health issue which made me highly allergic to certain foods. Madeline had the best customer service and was very patient with me. She took her time by explaining what the sauce contained and helped me built my pizza. She also did great with not cross contaminating and was so sterile. I really appreciate you, Madeline.

Food is decent. Unfortunately, we were met with the most uninthusiastic employees. I felt sorry for the guy that pre-ordered his pizza. The employees literally ignored him while taking orders from a line of people. We had to tell them to help this guy before they checked us out.
