Went here and the worker Kat3 was simply so meh placed the sauces as if it was such a burden for her really just brought down the mood but Alyssa was so polite and nice made sure our veggies and meats were absolutely perfect even added extra cheese to the ones Kat3 didn’t add to the pizza even when asked still love the place but seriously train your worker better please

Great personalized pizza worth a visit. They make your pizza in front of you to order then place it in the pizza oven. 10 minutes later....voila! Check it out!

In response to their comment on my review: First off, shouldn't you be more concerned about how your employee literally harassed and disrespected a customer than telling me it's unlimited possibilities, not toppings?...especially when there are several bad reviews for this location directly naming Pearla as being disrespectful and rude to customers, there are reviews dating back over 6 months ago about her behavior, yet here is another customer complaint. I'd think managements first concern would be how their employee literally pointed and laughed at a customer after already being immensely rude and disrespectful at the start of our interaction. Especially since the point of my review was how outrageous the employees behavior was and how I was treated over a simple question. But, I guess that just shows how problems generally start at the top and trickle down. More focused on correcting my verbiage than addressing unprofessional, disrespectful behavior towards customers. Second of all, if you order a customize your own pizza it literally tells you to select as many cheeses and toppings as you'd like...so how exactly is that not unlimited toppings? If I select a customize your own and can put everything I want on there without extra charges, I guess that is unlimited possibilities, but that would also be unlimited toppings...Not to mention, I'm ultimately talking about how I wanted one type of cheese on my pizza to begin with, basic mozzarella. Crazy how people need things spelled out for them because they so severely lack the intelligence to put two and two together or comprehend what you mean if you don't say it exactly the way they want like "unlimited possibilities, not toppings" whilst their corporate social media pages advertise "unlimited toppings"...But, what do you really expect from someone who can not even comprehend the thickest layer of sarcasm someone can slap onto a post? Food is decent. Unfortunately, we were met with the most uninthusiastic employees. I felt sorry for the guy that pre-ordered his pizza. The employees literally ignored him while taking orders from a line of people. We had to tell them to help this guy before they checked us out.

Oh wow! This was my first visit to Pieology and it truly is amazing pizza!!! And that's high praise from a Chicago girl, as we know good pizza! Jennifer explained the process to me and gave me great suggestions while assembling my customized pizza. She was so enthusiastic and helpful! The pizza was perfectly balanced: hearty, but not overwhelming. So fresh and flavorful! The machine was out of Diet drinks, but normally you could get a Diet Coke here. Spacious, spotless, and chill dining room. Loved everything about Pieology in Fresno!
Perhaps not the greatest pizza, but darn good for being so customizable!

I want to thank Madeline who helped me today. I came in at 12:30pm, I've been dealing with some health issue which made me highly allergic to certain foods. Madeline had the best customer service and was very patient with me. She took her time by explaining what the sauce contained and helped me built my pizza. She also did great with not cross contaminating and was so sterile. I really appreciate you, Madeline.

Came here last weekend with the family. We ordered pretty fast and the staff behind the counter was really helpful! We didn't wait to long for our food even though it was pretty busy so that was a big plus.
