Richard's Prime Rib & Seafood is a fabulous restaurant that offers excellent food and service in an old lounge ambiance. The prime rib is a standout dish, and the shrimp cocktail appetizer is a nice touch. The staff is friendly and welcoming, although service can be slow at times. The dinner package for two, including shrimp cocktail, soup or salad, and prime rib, is a great value. The clam chowder and cheesecake are also highly praised. Overall, Richard's is considered Fresno's best steakhouse, with great food, drinks, and service that will not disappoint.
