It was my first time at Viva Be Bowl'd and oh my goodness the good was great??! I would describe it as a Mexican poke with a twist, you can pick from many different bases( rice, salad potatoes etc) proteins and toppings, you can definitely mix and match as many flavors as you'd like and I promise you will be full. LOVE this place and their vegan options! Their ingredients are always fresh and the vegan creamy cilantro dressing is unbelievably tasty! Maria, the manager, always has a great attitude and big smile on her face. I'm here at LEAST once/week. OMG this place is sooo good. they even have Vegetarian options.. Fresh food and really nice staff. I wish they would open another location closer to my house so I could eat there on a regular basis. Highly recommend this place.
