“Let me tell you this is the best Steak House / restaurant I have been to in Fresno being from Los Angeles going to Lawrys / 5 Crown , Nobu , ect I gotta say I enjoyed this place more then all those combined . First off the customer service 10/10 as soon as we walked in got greeted by Clinton who is excellent such a gentleman and amazing customer service, we got seated rite away then got our server Sarah who as well was excellent so sweet huge smile and was beyond kind she is a true example of a waitress 10/10 . The room was beautiful also the bar , we always had our water refilled they take care of there guests you feel Iike a true king . Then Lilly 10/10 as she’s walking around making sure our waters are filled and if we need anything els , she as well so sweet and kind everyone here was perfect and I mean it my family and I absolutely love the whole experience this will be our place now I’m already booking out next visit in April , and last the food WOW so good the from the prime rib to the appetizers , perfect portion of sides .Thank you so much for the best experience we’ve had in a Fresno Restaurant by far .“
“First timer here for my sister's birthday celebration and the experience was phenomenal! Food portion was smaller than expected but they were beautifully presented and delicious. Cudos to the server and other members who catered to our needs. They were very friendly and customer service orientated. I am definitely returning for round two!“
“I do not like seafood at all. Pismo changed my mind completely. Fantastic food and service! The manger sat us and down and made me feel welcomed. Incredibly kind and thoughtful. Bonded about Austin and then had amazing food that he suggested we get. Couldn’t have asked for a better 1st time experience. Thank y’all“
“LOVE this place and their vegan options! Their ingredients are always fresh and the vegan creamy cilantro dressing is unbelievably tasty! Maria, the manager, always has a great attitude and big smile on her face. I'm here at LEAST once/week. Bathrooms are spotless. 10/10 all around!Vegetarian options: The vegan creamy cilantro is to die for“
“Wait staff was wonderful! She was helpful but not hovering. Water glasses refilled as needed! The food is always great. The menu built to please anyone. We were welcomed warmly and seated right away. We've been going to Max's for decades and are never disappointed!!“
“First time here at Lazy Dog in Fresno and hands down best experience I’ve ever had! The Manager Kim and server Omar were both so kind and attentive to us. The food was amazing and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re wanting excellent quality food and amazing service!“
“Pretty good taste. My only critique is that it wasn't a large enough portion to fill up this big boy (I ordered a large bowl with 5 scoops of tuna). I think even with an extra scoop, I still would have been left wanting more. Overall, it was pretty good, and I'd consider it a treat -- I just wouldn't come here to fill up if I were REALLY hungry.“
“It was hot outside that my friend and I came in for some drinks until the weather cooled off a bit. It was happy hour. The customer service was great. The bartenders check up on you from time to time. And the place is pretty busy. There is plenty of parking outside.“
“Libelula is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. They have excellent customer service (they once allowed me and a friend to order food close to closing time and we appreciated that) and consider customizing dishes, depending on the request.Their food is tasty. I have tried some vegan (well-season cauliflower) tacos, tots, and a dish with noodles. Finally, they are very creative and admire their support of local farmers and incorporation of the vegetables that are in season.I highly recommend this vegetarian- and vegan-friendly business.Dietary restrictions: They have something for different dietary needs.“
“Its been years since we have been here. The atmosphere is fabulous. Old school charm with a warm and friendly vibe coming from thr staff. Food is good, very solid in the quality but not evolved to a more updated menu in what appears a while. Very tasty though.“
“The food was good. Went on a weekday around lunch and it was empty. The customer service felt a little off. Felt slightly rushed to order food, even though I'd never been there and was looking over the menu. At one point the cashier took a break outside, totally fine. But I guess no one was there to take her spot, so when we went in to ask for a box, it took a while before someone from the kitchen came out, confused as to where the cashier went, and there were other folks waiting to order. But, food was good and the outdoor seating is nice and covered. Will probably try again!“
“We were there to celebrate March birthdays with my kiddos. Good was excellent, service wonderful! Our waiter was so accommodating and even had the kitchen make my daughter teriyaki chicken off menu. Going above and beyond for customers every time we come “
“My son is hooked!! Came in to try about a month ago and he's been back at least 4 times since. Even brought his friends to check it out. I love that he can enjoy his spicy fried chicken and I can feel good about it being a better (healthier) choice overall.“
“They definitely concoct quaffable libations, and the Gilroy garlic tots are killer. I had the shrimp poor boy special tonight, which tasted good, but you couldn't pick the thing up. I had to eat it with a fork & knife because the bun was completely split. Who eats a sandwich or even a Snickers bar with a fork & knife?! And it was $21.00! Actually $26 with tax & tip. Their bartenders & staff was amazing though and made the trip and egrious cost for a stupid sandwich worth it. And the Gilroy tots. If you're a garlic fan don't sleep on thoseKid-friendliness: Don't bring your dumb loud kids here. Have a heart and take them to a park or something. Your life choices shouldn't negatively affect everyone else's good time. Airplane sure, we all have to travel, but keep your bratts out of bars. Bring your dog instead. They're allowed on the patio“
“We visited Eureka today and had an amazing experience. Our server RAUL took amazing care of us today. He was very friendly, personable and attentive. We chose to sit outside in the far corner, I always hesitate to sit outside because I'm afraid I'll get forgotten about but not today. Raul knew the menu incredibly well, it was obvious that he had personally tried the food. The items he suggested were also delicious! He refilled our drinks without us needing to ask. Even after we closed out I was finishing my beer and he brought my boyfriend another soda so I wasn't drinking alone. Overall it was a great time and we will definitely be coming back! Also, whoever is on aux is playing some bangers, and I know bangers.“
“Ashley and Maddie are top-notch servers. They are personal, professional, and delightful. We thoroughly enjoy the ambience and the variety of talented artist that we have in our community. I’ve ordered a variety of mocktails that are always amazing, delicious, and attractive! I highly recommend the small salad. With its caramelized walnuts and variety of greens, it hits the spot every time! The servings are always more than enough for the two of us to share. Don’t forget to order dessert. The chocolate chip cookie and ice cream is my first choice, followed by the berry pie.“
“Set in the heart of Tower District, I am used to coming here for drinks so it was fun to come for dinner for my friend's birthday. It's a low lit industrialish vibe inside and the bartender/server was attentive. Their menu offerings are clearly thought out and higher end. I got a sausage ravioli that was outstanding. The sauce was rich and the dish filled me up easily with eating only half of it. I would love to go back and try a couple other things, everything people got looked so good!“
“I was talking to my sister on the phone and she said one of her friends recommended this place for lunch. It was this past Saturday and they had a sign up they were closing at 1:30pm. It was a little past 1pm when we arrived but they assured us it was not a problem. My girlfriend and I split the Libelula Burger because we had been appetizer hopping around the city prior to coming in for lunch. The burger was HUGE! It was perfectley cooked medium which I appreciated oh so much! Everything on the burger tasted so fresh even down to the roll. The ambiance and decor that this place had was so freaking unique. I loved it!! I wanted to purchase some off the wall but didn't think that was a thing haha. Oh, and when your done eating, go next door! They have a little bakery connected!!“
“I enjoyed a medium cook Wagyu Hamburger with fries. Havarti Chees, Bacon and an Aioli spread. A little basic, but flavorful and juicy. Fries were thin cut. They tasted okay. Bartender and servers were prompt and courteous. It could get loud at times.“
“We went here yesterday to eat pizza and watch football. I ate a salad and had pizza, too. The salad was good but I really loved the pizza! The crust was extra specially good. My daughter liked it there, too, because there were lots of quarter machines- lol!“
“It had great "vibez" but small on the inside but spacious and fun on the outside back patio. They have games for entertainment outside like beer pong tables and corn hole also. Along with large patio heaters with tables and chairs, which made the outside more tolerable. Loved it!“
“Excellent food, excellent service, waitress sonny was as bright and disposition as her name! Very good food. Sonny was nice enough to tell me that the chicken fried steak I ordered was very large, and she was right, I went ahead and ordered it anyway because I'll eat it for lunch or breakfast tomorrow lol. Quiet easy-going crowd no rushes, would highly recommend.Dietary restrictions: Accomodation availableParking: Typical lot, older so big spotsKid-friendliness: Kids would be fine here. Family orientationWheelchair accessibility: Easy ramp“
“Worth the wait. Worth the wait. Did I say worth the wait? If there's a wait, and you have the time...stay, eat and be merry. If not, come back when you have time. Our server was attentative. We shared the lemon pancake with the blackberry sauce-it's so big it's shareable. I can't think of the actual name of the items we ate, but enjoy the pictures below. She had the biscuits and country gravy, with bacon, eggs and breakfast potatoes. I had the fried chicken sandwich with French fries.Parking: There's outdoor seating available.“
“Eat there. Seriously. I loved it. Fun drinks. The food was excellent. I live on the coast but was visiting friends, and this was the perfect place for the girls to get together for dinner and drink. I will go back when I'm in town. Really good.“
“FresnoFirst time. Lunch. Fried honey cashew cauliflower, pita bread with avocado hummus, sesame salmon salad, boneless fried chicken, tepanake fried rice with bacon, and rigatoni with Italian sausage, and natural root beer. About $80 for two with tip.Everything was outstanding. Everything. Long line moved quickly. Service was friendly and efficient. Food was high quality ingredients, plentiful portions and delicious.“
