Constantly searching for the best pho around becomes an obsession. Thanks to the power of social media, I came across this place in Fullerton right by the train station. The service is great with a combination of friendly staff and a smiley robot. I order the waygu pho and I like my meat rare. The meat came separately from the soup. Spring roll peanut sauce was pleasant. The brisket used in the pho can almost become a tender meal on it's own. Different from other pho restaurants. No MSG headaches. Clean big pieces of meat, soft silky noodles, steamed bean sprouts to prevent soup from cooling too quickly. The only complaint is the hard seats in the booth. You'll know what I mean.
