Check In: Make sure you check in on Yelp for 1 free Herbal Iced Tea!Parking: Parking can be a bit difficult on the weekends. I visited on a Sunday and was not able to find any parking near the restaurant. But I was able to find a spot near the Old Spaghetti Factory. There’s a lot of restricted time zones, specific parking, and metered parking.Environment/Ambiance: It was very nostalgic for me when I walked in because the ambiance gave off Vietnamese vibes. The marble tables, wooden chairs, vases, utensils, and plates were imported from Vietnam. I recognized the vases bc my grandma had the same ones lol! They also have an open kitchen concept. I love their modern take on traditional Vietnamese dishes.Service: Everyone was amazing. Shout out to our server Ben! Constantly checked up on us and ensured we were enjoying our dinner. They even have robot service! The robot only brought us the sides that came with the pho we ordered.Food & drinks:1) Pho Tai Filet Mignon, carpaccio-style - This was my first time trying pho carpaccio-styled, and it was sooo delicious! Such a great concept. For those who don’t know what carpaccio style is - it is thinly sliced rare beef, drizzled with oil and lemon or lime. I was advised to squeeze the lime first and spray some 40° nuoc mam for extra flavor. Then take some meat and dip it into the pho broth. The meat wasn’t too chewy! I’m used to eating cooked meat with pho, but I absolutely looove this style better! 10/102) Pho Xe Lua - I was told this was one of their most popular pho bowls. They were very generous with the meats. I didn’t even need to add any sauces to the broth bc it tasted amazing the way it was. I could definitely tell their broth was brewed for at least 48 hours; it very smooth and no MSG. My favorite part was the short rib! It easily came off the bone and full of flavor. They offer unlimited noodles, so of course I took advantage! 10/103) Fish Sauce Fries - I started off with the Fish Sauce Fries as appetizers. It came with a “female” and “male” 40° nuoc mam perfume bottle. Such a fun idea! The fries were already tossed in fish sauce, but if you want more flavor, a couple spritz of the “perfume” will do. They also gave a generous amount of fries for an appetizer. 10/104) Herbal Iced Tea - So refreshing! After eating two steaming bowls of pho and nuoc mam fries, this drink really helped refresh everything. It came in a cute cup, topped with floral. 9/105) Vietnamese Coffee - I’m a crackhead for caffeine, so of course I had to try their Vietnamese coffee. This is the definition of Vietnamese coffee: extra ice, thick, concentrated, and not overwhelmingly sweet. It also came in a unique cup. 10/10Pricing: Prices are $$$. Not as surprised since prices have gone up literally everywhere. I’d say it’s worth it because they are very generous with their portions.Parking: Parking: Parking can be a bit difficult on the weekends. I visited on a Sunday and was not able to find any parking near the restaurant. But I was able to find a spot near the Old Spaghetti Factory. There’s a lot of restricted time zones, specific parking, and metered parking.

The best thing this place does above the other pho places is offer unlimited thin noodles when you dine in. Highly recommended!

Came in around 2:30 so there weren’t a lot of people. Lots of servers though! Got seated within seconds of waking in.Pho chin - thin noodles = unlimited! Their soup was good! Doesn’t taste any msg which was nice. Their brisket was soft and not hard to chew. I’d recommend this one!Fish sauce fries - it’s not what you think, fries dunked in fish sauce. It’s very subtle. It’s thin fries and a mountain of fries. Definitely can be a 2-3 people kind of appetizer. The fries were more crispy. I’d recommend if you are craving fries or want to try something new!Herbal ice tea - super sweet but you can taste the tea. you can get a free one if you check in on yelp!Parking - it’s the hard part. A lot of them are paid parking but some are street parking. Since we came on a Sunday, most parking lots are free but check all signs!! We circled around 3-4 times to find parking. You’re most likely walking to all places.Price - it is a decent price right now. Inflation may change it in a few months etc. Didn’t think I’d pay $10 for fries but it is unique so I caved in. We checked in on Yelp for the herbal tea so it was “free” not sure if it is unlimited refills.

Spring roll peanut sauce was pleasant. The brisket used in the pho can almost become a tender meal on it's own. Different from other pho restaurants. No MSG headaches. Clean big pieces of meat, soft silky noodles, steamed bean sprouts to prevent soup from cooling too quickly. The only complaint is the hard seats in the booth. You'll know what I mean.

Hey everyone, just had to drop a review for this pho place I tried recently – it's legit! The broth? Amazing. Like, you can tell they put real love into it. And if you're into deals, check this: they've got this promo going on where you snag a free appetizer just for signing up on their website. Pretty sweet, right? Now, let's talk about Sam and the crew. Sam's the bomb – super friendly, knows the menu inside out, and has that knack for showing up right when you need him without being all in your face. Oh, and you've gotta see their cute little robot that delivers food to your table – it's like something out of a sci-fi movie but cuter. Definitely swinging by again soon!

Constantly searching for the best pho around becomes an obsession. Thanks to the power of social media, I came across this place in Fullerton right by the train station. The service is great with a combination of friendly staff and a smiley robot. I order the waygu pho and I like my meat rare. The meat came separately from the soup. The server said to dip the raw waygu sliced beef in the hot soup to get the best rare beef. I could not agree more. The beef was tender and almost melted in the mouth. The soup was very flavourful with a hint of sweetness. The best part, you can add more noodles if the serving size is not enough. Overall, this is close to the top of my favorite pho place is not the top place. A pro tip, do a yelp check in and get a free herbal tea. A great companion to the bowl of pho.

Pleasantly surprised! Pho was one of the better ones. Fun pickled veggie options to switch things up. Evelyn our server was super kind and helpful!

Visited on a Sunday afternoon after seeing the fish sauce fries on yelp! The restaurant was not that crowded when I entered so I got seated right away. I ordered their wagyu pho, spring rolls and of course there famous fish sauce fries. The fries came out first and I was so surprised how much they gave me. I love skinny fries and they had such a unique flavor that I never had in fries before. Their cute fish sauce perfume bottle was perfect for those wanting to post IG photos. However, I was a bit disappointed with the spring rolls because it wasn't anything special. When the wagyu pho came out, I was surprised how delicious the pho broth was. It had a very deep flavor and the meat was so tender. They also offer free noodle refills. If you want really good pho please visit this place!
