“Absolutely THE BEST authentic pizza I’ve ever eaten! Won’t eat pizza from anywhere else. The salads are amazing as well; we love the Saracena salad -perfect for two to share. The cheese board is a wonderful appetizer- love the Burrata & Buffala cheeses. Our favorite dessert: Spumoni Bomba. You walk in and feel as if you’re in Italy.“

“This place is a gem! Outstanding Italian food and excellent service. The mussels with white sauce were incredibly flavorful and unique. I also had the Fettucini Florentine which was fresh, perfectly balanced and simply delicious. I want to try everything on the menu. Cocktails were also well-balanced and refreshing.“

This place gets full quickly. They open for a limited amount of hours. The service is always great, the wait staff is courteous, patient, and helpful.“

“This is the best pizza in Fullerton. If you're local and have no tried it you're missing out. Parking is weird but don't let it discourage you. I ordered a margarita with sauce and mushrooms and was blown away. Savory sauce tart and salty cheese in all the best ways“

“I was in town for a couple of nights and had the pleasure of going here for dinner. Lovely atmosphere with friendly and attentive wait staff. It was a Sunday evening, so it wasn't terribly busy. There was only about a 20 minute wait or so, and it went faster than that.The menu is straightforward and easy to navigate. Each meal comes with salad and dessert treat (either a scoop of spumoni or vanilla ice cream) with the largest decision being what kind of pasta and sauces you want. There are a few things outside of just spaghetti to get, like fettuccine, lasagna, etc. but the simplicity of the menu is a strength and it all fits on one page. This isn't the Cheesecake Factory.I had the salad with balsamic vinaigrette, spaghetti with meat sauce, and some spumoni. Each is served separately as courses with a small loaf of freshly warmed bread to share at the table. It was delightful. Coupled with a Black Manhattan (one of a number of classic cocktails they offer), and it was simply a well thought out meal that satisfied, not stuffed.The portions of food seemed to be intentionally aiming to be "just enough," as opposed to a massive plate full of food you have to pack up with you for later. The salads and soups were enough to whet the appetites, there was a very manageable amount of pasta for the main course (no one felt the need to save some for later) and the single (generous) scoop does a lot to polish the meal off nicely.A wonderful experience all around. Next time I'm in town, I'll certainly be coming back.“

Hot lasagna, chicken alfredo pasta & comp garlic-cheese bread were just what us two needed to comfort & warm us before our late drive home.Pasta light on salt, needed (herb) seasoning and using tender, grilled chicken instead would earn a gastro star.Robust owner (entrepreneur!) very friendly, great service. And though most of these reviews are raves for Luigi's great calamari, we've been coming regularly to ensure that our friendship with Luigi and Graziella remain strong. Hopefully, they will open a new restaurant a sit down restaurant which is really their forte. I almost said bread and butter, but the bread and butter is really good too. It's fresh there, but we want them to as close as possible so that we can sustain the Paisan love for the next quarter century. See you soon, brother.!“
