About six years ago, I often come here to eat, the original store has a Korean grandma and grandpa, my favorite food is spicy squid, often point, six years later back to the United States, the most want to eat is this store, but the menu has changed, squid is also the amount of two people, randomly ordered a soup, did not see the grandmother before, sad

Ok this place is my top favorite for Korean food; I enjoyed their bussam (pork belly) roasted using sous vide and charred. The cabbage kimchi and their oyster kimchi is so delicious!! It is a third generation family business; owned by the Mother, cooked by her mother and social media ran by the youngest daughter. Aka the owner's daughter.Women owned and is very clean. I read that the kimchi gives ppl "food poisoning" but to be real, mustard and Taco Bell give us the runs too. We just got to understand what fermentation cabbage is and what it does to the body.anyway, if youre nearby. Definitely gives this a try. The bussam/bulgogi/ and the tofu soup was able to feed more than 4 people.

They make everyone buy a dish each which is quite expensive and large. Pretty rude service. Communication skills are definitely lacking. Also they charge for togo boxes LOL. Food was aight.

I'd had this on my list of places to try forever and finally got around to stopping in. It was a Saturday evening around 6:30pm. Not another customer in the place. I looked at the front of the menu... did a at the prices and then flipped it over to see what else they had. It was blank. So, I went with the kimchi kalguksu. It was good. I would consider getting it again; I just don't see myself going back. When the bill came it was a flat $18, so that might explain the pricing (tax appeared to be included). They had a catering sign displayed prominently and they had coolers of prepared banchans for sale that looked good. The ones I had were decent. The baby potatoes were really good!It seems they likely don't rely on dine-in business, so it was a bit of a strange experience.

The galbitang was delicious! Lots of sides too! Cute little restaurant. I'll definitely come back.

Super small shop. Felt and looked like an authentic Korean restaurant, which I liked and appreciated. Super small with maybe 3 booth and 3 tables but they're very close to each other. The food was basic. Definitely not worth the price for the quality. We got one rib soup and one chicken soup. They were about $24 each. Both soups were more on the plain flavor side. And the meat for both soup was dry and not tender. I would like to come back and try their other soup. Seems like a lot of people on Yelp got their other soup. We only went with rib and chicken soup because we liked those two soups at other places and was hoping they were just as good here. They have a combo meal on the back page but it's in Korean. Our soup also came with a few banchans (sweet black bean, kimchi, mustard green kimchi, seaweed, clam, radishes, and anchovies)Their chicken soup reminds me of vietnamese chicken porridge, but more lighter in flavor and healthier. Service was so so. She just basically just did her job. We couldn't communicate much because she doesn't know much English. I wanted to ask her about the combo meal. This was the first restaurant that doesn't sell drinks. We wanted to buy something to drink but they only had tea. I think it was very light barely tea. Btw it was pretty hot in there even though we were the only table there. Maybe they have the ac on it it's more busy.

Ordered the bossam, the ones in my family who ate the oysters and radish kimchi got really bad food poisoning.

When it comes to food, i love to explore my options and today i did that. Korean for lunch. The food was great, nice and fresh the Kimchi was fresh and very enjoyable. The price was high but it well worth the price. Come check it out if you are ever in a mood for something different.

I don't know how this place got 4.5 stars really. I would never go back here. The banchan was either too salty or spoiled! The food is mediocre and their prices are a bit high for food you get in styrofoam dishes. I ordered the bossam and it was a mountain of kimchi (no jutgal). Won't be coming back.

New owners, new menuDifferent food... so sad I wanted to love it but it's just not the same. They have lots of banchan but the main dish the ossam bulgogi set that they used to have was just my favorite and I can't help but compare.Good take out place and to buy banchan to take home. Nice new owners...good banchan.

Great traditional Korean food!!!My husband and I had lunch here. It's located inside a plaza and parking was relativly easy.We ordered grilled mackerel and spicy beef soup.It was very delicious..it felt like i was eating my mom's food.So it made me resonate my mom and my hometown..Even banchan(side dishes) was so good too. I finished a bowl of rice even before the main dish came out.My husband and I really wish well being for the owner so we cam come here for a long time. We will definitely come back .

Came in here over the weekend because our group was hankering for some Galbitang. Location is right off the street and in a small strip mall, and easy to find. We walked on in and was greeted right away and shown our table. Ordered what we saw was their specialty, the Bossam and had to get the Galbitang as well. The sides were the first thing that came out and were delicious. There was a good mix of vegetables and everything tasted great. Now I know I came for the Galbitang but I have to admit this was one of the best Bossam dishes I have had. The meat was delicious and not too fatty. It had the perfect ratio and great flavor. I would definitely recommend coming to try the bossam and in fact I will be coming back just for it. Just check out the photos.

Good home-style cooking corner deli. The restaurant is very small with only 4 tables. We got the Army Pot and a stir-fried Monk Fish with bean sprouts dish, it was big enough to share between 3 people. They also serve traditional side dishes, my favorite was the potato salad. We were not too sure is the monkfish dish was meant for the main entree or as a side dish, but it sure was delicious! Very flavorful and the bean sprouts were a good balance to the spice. Noticed they have a cooler full of banchan/ side dishes to go, what a good idea! with only 1 chef and 1 owner/ cashier. the service might be a bit slow, but definitely worth the wait!
