“Update to previous review. The owner reached out to me both on my post and privately. She was very polite and apologetic. I went into the bakery on 3/20 and instead of taking advantage of a situation, I chose to purchase a cannoli and 6 cupcakes to take home to my family. We were all very pleased with the flavors and quality of ingredients. The staff while in the bakery were very busy but still very courteous and helpful! My wedding cake experience definitely will not prevent me from patronizing this bakery for further desires.“

“We come here quite often and it’s always good service and nice. April 5th, 2024 we came in and we were helped by a very nice and very hardworking young lady. As we sat and ate our delicious frozen yogurt, we watched this young lady work the entire time, never stopping. From restocking items, cleaning, and helping everyone that came in all by herself. I don’t know her name, but she had real bright red hair and wore glasses. In our opinion she deserves to be recognized for her hard work. It’s rare these days to have an employee stay busy and have a positive attitude. Great work!!!! Thank you ?“

“This Baskin Robbins is located in the same plaza as Dollar Tree with plenty of parking. My husband and I decided to visit this location last night, around 8:15 am. Although no one was ahead of us when we walked in, there soon formed a pretty long line afterwards (we just came at the right time I guess). When we walked in, we were greeted by the employee by the counter. Based on the reviews, I was expecting poor service but it ended up being the opposite. The employee serving us was patient in waiting as we tried 2 flavors and trying to make the decision on what single scoop we wanted to share. We ended up getting:Single Scoop of PB n' J, $4.19 after tax- This was the flavor of the month during April, which features a smooth peanut butter with swirls of grape jelly and brown butter. The combination is strong on the peanut butter but also what I would describe, taste like toffee. You can't really taste the grape jelly but you see the swirls of it in the ice cream. We both liked the flavor but I'm not sure if I would order it again. Although there is seating right outside in the mall (we did not see any outdoor seating but it did sprinkle on our visit), we decided to eat in our car. Overall, we had a good experience and would most likely come back to this location if we would like to have Baskin Robbins again in the future.“

“I don't usually go out due to my social anxiety but when I arrived at this location, I was greeted by the most nicest young lady and she made me feel very comfortable and helped me pick out a new flavor to try. I believe her name was Jocilyn (sorry if spelled wrong) and if you're reading this, thank you for being such an amazing worker.“
