Update to previous review. The owner reached out to me both on my post and privately. She was very polite and apologetic. I went into the bakery on 3/20 and instead of taking advantage of a situation, I chose to purchase a cannoli and 6 cupcakes to take home to my family. We were all very pleased with the flavors and quality of ingredients. The staff while in the bakery were very busy but still very courteous and helpful!
