Don't miss Garberville's top Mexican restaurants, as recommended by Restaurantji.
“Nacho Mama is a sweet little texmex shack with character. My family of five all enjoyed the fresh ingredients, the cute style and the shady back patio. It is very affordable and the staff are friendly and patient. We had nachos (great), burritos (great), and tacos (great). I would highly recommend Nacho Mama for a quick, affordable, and delicious stop.Kid-friendliness: The staff were patient as my kids figured out what they wanted. The patio out back is decked out with a surfboard table and high counters, which my kids loved.Parking: There is a small parking lot behind the shop and plenty of street parking.“
“I celebrated my PhD this evening in this excellent restaurant. happy to tell that we passed a fabulous evening and the place was evidently the reason for this fruitful evening. The waiters participated in a graceful manner, the meals were tasty and my guests were extremely cheerful. We shall no dout return for more events. Thank you very much.“
“This is my favorite place to eat in Garberville. The staff is super friendly and very patient with substitutions. They don't have outdoor seating which would be nice, but nice indoor options including bar seating. They have some vegan options, but my favorite burrito to make was a vegan super burrito with the guac, lettuce, and salsa inside, with fajita veggies instead of meat and no cheese. Their beans and rice are flavorful and the overall combo is delicious. A friend got their shrimp burrito and loved it. Would definitely recommend if you're in Garberville or driving by on 101! Always great to support a local, family owned business.“
“Decent little pizzeria, friendly service and the pizza and salad was pretty good. It was nice to be able to sit outside. Decor wasn't really memorable. I didn't notice anything French at all about the place but then maybe that's why it was lost Frenchman?“
“It's nice you get complimentary chips and salsa. The salsa given is a little sweet and not spicy. If you ask for the spicy salsa it won't disappoint on the heat. Quesobirria tacos were packed with meat and you get extra cilantro and onion on the side with the consomme. Messy but delicious. The Al Pastor in the crunchy taco had a nice flavor and they pack those tacos as well. The green enchiladas seemed a little small like a flauta. The vegetables and avocado were all fresh and they aren't shy with the cheese and sour cream. Our waitress was polite and attentive.“
