The place is welcoming and very comfortable. Workers serve fast enough to make your worries gone. You are given a few procedures and it is done efficient. When you walk in it's relaxing and nice. They don't threaten you or act angry, they are always chill with everyone.
Like most customers, price and service are probably one of the biggest factors in attracting and retaining customers. I've been coming to Gold Optometry since I was in middle school because they have providers who speak Korean. My mom always came with me to my appointments and she was only able to understand Korean.
