this is probably my fourth time going to this location. (irvine is my favorite one, but farther away) so i keep coming back to give them a chance but each time is actually a worse and worse experience. Let me start off by saying the food was good as is expected. The problem with today was the lack of service that we received..not that we typically require that much anyways, but today was especially lacking. the place was already half empty due to the tables set aside that were unable to be used. so in addition to just servicing roughly 6 tables, 3 waiters on the floor yet none of them were readily available.. id have to say, the irvine location does a much better job at handling the flow of customer service in addition to the large amount of tables they have to oversee. Overall, i don't believe i would come back even if it is closer to me. i will gladly make the trip out to the irvine location.

I recently ordered takeout from Boiling Point, known for its hot pot. Unfortunately, my excitement turned to disappointment when I discovered they forgot to include the sauce in my order, despite charging me extra for it. This oversight significantly affected my meal as their signature sauces is part of the experience. It's disappointing when restaurants fail to ensure all items are included in takeout orders, especially something as essential as the sauce that defines their cuisine. Boiling Point should prioritize better quality control to prevent such mistakes in the future.

Wait for 1 hour for some mediocre soup. Not worth it.

I am a long time customer and didn't realize the store was transitioning to strictly Togo with minimal seatings. We decided to wait because there weren't many parties waiting. I see two tables free but they have not bothered to clean it up but they warned us that there would be a long wait and half the long wait was because they aren't clearing the tables for the next person. They're Probabaly making us wait longer in person to force us to go to the next location. Kind of ridiculous.

Delicious but the workers ignore you completely and service overall is pretty bad. Food was okay but couldn't get a waiter to come by and turn flame off so it overheated and broth boiled away completely and food burnt to the surface of the pot

I love curry here. Creamy taste that im always craving for. The quality is never changed. My favorite hot pot ever.

I ordered Boiling Point on UberEats and when I began to eat my Korean Bean Paste Order. The beansprouts tasted rotten and fishy. I have ate boiling point numerous times and did not receive many problems besides missing items. This was the worst order I have ever received, not only were the bean sprouts rotten the fish was also raw. Still super chewy in the inside not cooked at all. Never ordering or eating here again.

So yummy! It was a rainy day today and this was perfect meal for this cold night. I tried the mild beef hot pot with rice and vermicelli. There were a good amount of fish cake, beef, and veggies mixed together. The soup broth here is very light and tasty! I also tried the winter melon juice here and it was incredible! My friend got the iced green tea and she thought it was very refreshing to have with the meal. Both drinks tasted flavorful and were not overly sweet. The staff here were also attentive and checked up on us frequently. They offered to give us more broth and water when they saw that we were almost running out. Just be cautious that the wait time for this restaurant might be a long since there were only about 4-6 tables in total.

The boiling point is the perfect way to top off a cold night! And I love the lively music and the flavorful broth. One pot was flavorful and perfect for sharing between 2 people! The staff was also very nice as well! But would def recommend for an affordable dining experience

The dining area consists of only 5 tables and the rest are stacked up ready to ship out. They are moving locations and I can see all of the removed items that would typically be in a restaurant. The server and staff were polite and helpful, but I just hope that they update their location soon since we had to go pretty early for a dinner, unless you want to wait 30-45 minutes for 1 of the 5 parties to finish eating. The food was great! I enjoyed the miso and my party also enjoyed their beef option. The tea was very sweet and tasted like a caramel milk tea. The meat quality is great and abundant with the other assortment of veggies. The broth is flavorful and not too overpowering or too light. The price is actually so insane to me how these two bowls and a drink costed $60, but I won't come back to this location. I'll come back to another location that won't be in the process of moving.

The flavors are so good. This place is hella crowded all the time but it sure is tasty. I usually get the Thai soup base. Can't wait to come back. Happy Yelping!

I came here with my partner on a Wednesday night and there was about a 20 minute wait and was reasonable due to the relocation and the limited amount of seating. The food was good and the numerous servers were attentive at first. However, we order more beef and shrimp and the waitress helped us out immediately. While waiting, another waiter handed us our bill with the included addons when we didn't even receive the food yet. It seemed as if they were distracted with a friend and didn't realize we got our food yet so they adjusted our bill and we paid. Was dissatisfied in the end however the food and initial service were great.

What else can I say? boiling point is always solid thru and thru. Not the best but not the worst to be completely honest. Food always hits, but sometimes service is a miss.. Come at off hours (late lunch/early dinners) to avoid long wait times

This is like trying to turn a Brazilian steakhouse into a carry out only. The whole shtick is the experience of the food cooking and then eaten while you're there. This place will be shut down in not time.
