Oh man where to begin, very good experience all around except if you don't like the smell of cigarette! The ladies are mostly beautiful and friendly, once you in it's hard to come out!
A solid establishment set with a diverse group of poised and professional hostesses ready and able to serve and mingle with a varied demographic. Me in particular, deadset with my unorthodox values; the joint puts me in monk mode. Viet Cafe's are a niched crowd in particular despite what I've said in the first paragraph; I like what I like. Cafe Starz is a fitting place to be posted around with your friends and if you fancy it as I do myself, work.

I have came here many times and decided to make a review, if you fancy girls in bikini and love coffee this place is it! 1.
