I placed an order and received the wrong order. When I tried to knock on the door to get it fixed, I was told to go thru drive thru. When I got to drive thru I was asked to wait till I got to the window to show my receipt and food. Once at the window they realized it was wrong and said a new order would be made. Spent an additional 15 minutes to wait for my food and to top it off the girl handing my food was rude.I really would have like a to tell you it’s unfortunate that I spent more than 30 minutes.

They forgot my burger in my take-out order and I didn't find out until I got home. When I drove back to get it, they didn't apologize and shut the drive thru door in my face. Food way okay, but the service ticked me off a lot. Also my food got cold. I'd visit another location next time.

My daughter and I used the app to order our food today. I'm picky on how I like my food so I asked for my bacon western cheese burger to have a fresh onion ring and no bbq sauce and Luis took my special request. He had kind manners and excellent customer service. In the past, at other Carl's Jr's, they didn't make an effort to make our order correct. But Luis not only made my order good, he put fresh onion rings on my burger and service with a smile.Thank you Luis for your excellent customer service. There needs to be more managers like you.
Wanted a shake on a recent trip and went to this place. My chocolate was great, his strawberry tasted too chemical. The 2 for $6 fish sandwiches were so good, hot, fresh and tasty for a great price. It was early afternoon on a weekday and we were in and out zoom zoom.
