In town from Houston Tx. Looking for some birria tacos and we definitely found them at birrieria factory food was awesome and so was the hospitality treated us like family thanks. Jose Guzman.
Yum Small little place. Great service. Great food! Reasonably priced Had the Queso Birria Chiva (goat) my daughter had the Res (shredded beef) fresh salsa bar their Green Party salsa was bomb! Server says "be careful soup is hot" consomé served in a tin cup like your camping ;) Super flavorful- not salty seasoned just right and you can tell has been prepared over time. Layers of flavor Little gem found! Highly recommend.
