Hello, I stopped by the Carls Jr drive thru today 11/30 approximately 6:40. The employees confirmed that my whole order should be in the bag and they made pull up out of the drive thru to wait for my order so it can be incomplete. I had to drive back to the location as their phone was not working. When I got to the location I had made a comment to myself & I apologize if any employees heard as they did everything on their behalf to make the situation right. They did apologize for the mistake and made it right and I appreciate them for that. Everyone will make mistakes and when you come here come with respect as no one in this world is perfect & it can be your own mother or grandma assisting you. The workers are extremely nice. They get your order together very quickly so you're not waiting long. The only problem I have is that there are a lot of homeless people. It makes me feel unsafe sometimes.

This location is the only place I go when I am in the area. Their fries are always excellent and you can order them during breakfast hours is awesome!
