Hello, I stopped by the Carls Jr drive thru today 11/30 approximately 6:40. The employees confirmed that my whole order should be in the bag and they made pull up out of the drive thru to wait for my order so it can be incomplete. I had to drive back to the location as their phone was not working. When I got to the location I had made a comment to myself & I apologize if any employees heard as they did everything on their behalf to make the situation right. The workers are extremely nice. They get your order together very quickly so you're not waiting long. The only problem I have is that there are a lot of homeless people. It makes me feel unsafe sometimes.

I actually love this place, the staff are wonderful. It's quite and peaceful on the morning; the manager is helpful as well.I always enjoy talking with when their not busyVegetarian options: Not many but I have tried some before. Can't say it's my favorite since I don't pick it often
