Right away I noticed the woman with red hair wasn’t the most friendly. I wanted to ask if they could unlock or turn on the water/soda machine & she said it’s off so cannot but can offer a water cup. I said no bc I want to fill my own water bottle & not waste a cup. Normally, enjoy it here, but we walked out and won't be back for a while. Laura definitely made us uncomfortable with unsolicited remarks, lack of professionalism, and communication.
