This spot was definitely tucked away inna small plaza in Gardena ca but it was definitely good everything was delicious from Chips and salsa to the rice the beans and meat . Topped with hand made tortillas..you can't go wrong!! Whenever in the area!! And hungry for mexican food...I suggest this spot shout out to my cousin David for putting me on! Sorry about the photo we couldn't wait. Lol
So to avoid the massive drizzle that was attempting to pour on the neighborhood, like a true Aztec, I came for the weekend must have, bowl of Menudo. All I added was their hot salsa and a squeeze of lemon. So much meat in the bowl that I had to fight to get broth on the spoon. I won the battle. One of the BEST menudos I've had in years. Finally tried this spot out a few months back and it's now a 3-4 visits/month kinda place for us. Food is fresh, hot, not greasy, and not over salted. Love their fresh corn tortillas, portions are solid, salsas are on point, and service is friendly and efficient!
