I can't put it better than the review that called this McDonald's ramen. Rather disappointing, especially compared to the old food court.

The ramen lacks flavor and the gyoza are excellent

The ramen place shares the same cashier with the fried chicken court, tried their tonkotsu miso ramen, regular thin noodles, toppings of one piece chashu, bamboo, seaweed, corn, very salty and not authentic, about $10 per order.

don't even think about it. it's mcdonalds ramen. asking over $10 for this should be illegal!

Best tonkotsu ramen i’ve ever had. broth is flavorful. noodles are soft yet chewy. but it’s UNDER $10, and no tip needed!

We were at Marukai/Tokyo Central for lunch and ordered karaage from Tenkatori. It was in a different location inside the food court from last year so that was a little bit of a change I noticed right away. I also saw that half the menu is now Shinzan Ramen. You order and pay from the same counter as Tenkatori. A little confusing at first... We just got a side, small order of the sukiyaki bowl ($4.45). Meat over rice. It comes in a piping hot cylindrical plastic container. A little much IMO. One, it was a waste of heavy duty plastic. Two, it was hard to get to the rice initially since it's not a wide opening... The meat was tasty in a sweet sukiyaki style marinade. Some pieces were tough. Some were more tender. So there's some inconsistency there. There are some vegetables such as onions and such sprinkled in the bowl. It went well with the karaage we ordered, having all that rice. I just wish it was presented in a different way... Lot of rice.. The meat served wasnt in proportion with the amount of rice served. The plastic used was a little extra IMO. Not sure I would order from them again. The ramen looked ok. The reviews I'm seeing are saying otherwise.

I never write negative reviews but the ramen at this place has made me utterly sick. Order the Osaka tonkotsu ramen at your own risk.

Worst Ramen place ever!! Taste like instant ramen from Japanese grocery right next to the dood court. Curry wasn't the curry, and it was thick paste. Better go takoyaki place.

my wife ordered the chucka soba bowl as the boy at the registered claimed it comes with soba noodles. They were clearly ramen noodles but no he still claimed this is soba. I ordered the chashu ramen bowl. Bowls tasted and looked exactly the same except for the meat and fish cake they put in the supposed soba bowl.

Just like other $15 / ramen. Same or Better broth and noodle, but it is under $9. Also two types - Tonkotsu broth and double(fish & chicken) broth.

When I ate the tonkotsu shoyu ramen, it made me feel like like I am in Japan. Very delicious and it is very aunthentic Japanese ramen. I strongly recommend here

Is 2 business in 1? Ramen and fried chicken with different names. Start from the front they seems to be disgruntle. Both chicken and ramen are .. say I won't be back. Oh get your own drink from the market.

I went to eat this ramen store. I ordered Tonkotsu Shoyu ramen and Sukiyaki bowl combo. It is not authentic yokohama iekei ramen. Soup was chemical taste. They don't make soup oneself. They are using instant soup. Noodle was good, I lake this texture. Sukiyaki bowl was tooooo sweet, I hate it. It was very slow taking order but it was very simple menu. I din't know why? Also I waited 20 min came out my ramen combo but just waited less 10 people.

Don't get the Osaka ramen. The broth taste like red pepper and water. I didn't try the other ramen yet so I can't say anything about the tonkotsu soup. The noodles itself was good texture but reminds me of sun noodle. The shoyu egg was very good. That's the only reason it got 2 stars from me. The chashu was chewy and had no pork flavor. Next time I think I'll just eat takoyaki from Gindaco next door. Those takoyaki are basically the same as ones that are in Japan gindako(same company probably?)
