We found this restaurant by chance. Turns out that the restaurant is now called Ling's Chinese Bistro and is managed by Mr.Lai of The Dynasty restaurant, in Cupertino. Fantastic food and great service! We wanted all vegetarian food, which was cooked to perfection. Very friendly owners. Will be visiting again soon. Its takeout only, at this time.
I have come here a few times now and I am very pleased. The service is always very nice and the food is quick to order. This is some of the best Chinese food I've had and at a great price. I'm sure to come here more often.

FYI: New owner. Apparently, this owner owns a popular Chinese restaurant in Cupertino. Swayed by many people on Nextdoor app with their great reviews for this place, I decided to give this place a shot. Moved here to Gilroy a year ago. Not many good restaurants locally especially Asian restaurants. We ordered veggie chow mein, salt & pepper fish, Peking spare ribs and veggie egg rolls. All for $20 and very delicious.
