Got a large container of chow mein for dinner. One of the few things I can get here since I’m vegetarian. The drive thru took incredibly long & there was only one car in front of me. I would’ve been okay with the wait if the food I got was edible. I tried it when I got home and it looked normal but tasted super burnt/charred. Even after dousing it in soy sauce and sweet n sour I still couldn’t mask the taste. My friend also tried it and agreed it was awful.

I had an extremely disappointing customer service experience at Panda Express today. The cashier, Martha, and the manager at the drive-thru were both incredibly rude and unprofessional. We simply asked for our chicken teriyaki to be cut into smaller pieces, but instead of accommodating our request, we were shouted at and told to move along. It's astonishing how this location seems to have a shortage of courteous employees, including the manager. I find it hard to believe that Panda Express would allow such behavior to go unchecked. Something needs to be done about this issue. #pandaexpressParking: Good
