I was craving good Pho today. There are a few Pho spots in Gilroy, but I think this place has the best broth. The goi cuon was good, but seemed to be missing mint, cilantro, and bean sprouts. I like these additional flavors and always add to mine when I make them at home. That's how I learned to make them. The pad thai here is a game changer! Super flavorful and the portions are huge. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of the menu.
