So I ordered the #3 The Monster..ore like the wimpy sandwich. Hardly ingredients in it! I wouldn't pay dollars for a sandwich of that caliber. Staff seemed like they do not care for customer satisfaction. I feel the sandwich was made weakly on purpose. Will not ever go back. I'm sure there are many local sandwich shops that are way better.

Worst customer service ever. In person and in drive-through. Gets my order wrong every time. The lady that has an accent is very rude and unprofessional. It looks like she just woke up and went straight to work. Been there 4 times and every time it’s the same lady and same terrible customer service. Please retrain this person.

Just ordered a chicken sandwich for online pickup and asked for extra toasted, but when I picked it up it wasn't as toasted as I like. So out of anger I did one of the surveys for a free drink and left a bad rating and when I went to get the free drink Emilda explained to me that corporate takes the surveys very seriously and she was apologizing for how the sandwich turned out. I feel so bad because I jammed through it not even thinking about the questions just putting 0 on all of them as if no one would ever see my responses. She was super nice and offered to remake the sandwich and explained that the one who made it was in training. I shouldn't have even complained because I got the sandwich for really cheap with a coupon. If I could take back the survey I would, Emilda was very professional about the situation I appreciate her explaining to me that I could always ask for a sandwich to be changed or remade if it's not to my liking. Hopefully the higher ups see this review and disregard my recent survey! Great customer service here and it is always super clean at this specific restaurant.

Horrible location, they have a drive thru but can’t get what you’ve been repeating the whole time. Nasty attitude acting like you’re in the wrong and make you repeat every item that’s in the order number that clearly has the things already listed.

Stopped on my way to Southern California on 11/20.... 3pm, new person shared no breakfast sandwiches... When questioned, he went to find his co worker... Who made one sandwich, newbie made the second... Both were steak, egg, cheese footling.... Needless to say... New guys sandwich was pathetic... Hardly any steak ...Very disappointed!!!Avoid at all cost

Worst customer service Ever! Put online order in to be ready for picked up today at 5:20pm got there at that time nothing was ready. The guy was outside taking the trash, as I walked in he walked in. At this point I thought he was going to help assist me. No he totally ignored me turn to the oven to take out the bread. Took the bread to the back as he was walking to the back he gets a call. Answers his call. A lady finally walked out from the back and asks what can she help me with tell her I had an online order to be picked up. Looks at me all surprised heads over to see the pick up station nothing to be found heads over to look up my order and prints it out. Stated I'll get it ready. Told her no need to to just cancel it. She smirks and says okay I'll cancel it like she didn't even want to take care of my order since the beginning. Asked if I was going to get refunded stated I was going to receive an email confirmation stating so. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I have ever encountered!

Just stopped by for an emergency meal. I had to call back and had to let them know it was the best BMT I had at a subway . All the way from Fresno Thanks Ceasar & Fernando the best subway experience so far .

The owner at this subway is ridiculous. If you have a coupon,,she won't let you pick the sandwich...I had a coupon for 2 for 1,,which is rare. She won't let me pick the sandwich of my choice,,only the cheap ones. I won't go back there...there are 4 more in Gilroy and they take the coupons as directed.
