Just ordered a chicken sandwich for online pickup and asked for extra toasted, but when I picked it up it wasn't as toasted as I like. So out of anger I did one of the surveys for a free drink and left a bad rating and when I went to get the free drink Emilda explained to me that corporate takes the surveys very seriously and she was apologizing for how the sandwich turned out. Stopped on my way to Southern California on 11/20.... 3pm, new person shared no breakfast sandwiches... When questioned, he went to find his co worker... Who made one sandwich, newbie made the second... Both were steak, egg, cheese footling.... Needless to say... New guys sandwich was pathetic... Hardly any steak ...Very disappointed!!!Avoid at all cost

Just stopped by for an emergency meal. I had to call back and had to let them know it was the best BMT I had at a subway . All the way from Fresno Thanks Ceasar & Fernando the best subway experience so far .
