I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I have never had an issue here. Food has always been supper yummy and the service has been great. But today a lady that took my order was extremely rude . I was rushed with my order and she had the worst attitude, but when another gentleman came in after me to pick up an order her whole attitude changed just became the sweetest women love and the service was excellent. I hate writing bad reviews but this got me so upset on top of that she didn’t even get my order right and I had to wait an extra 15 mins to get the rest of my order to go . This was super frustrating

Ordered food through DoorDash. Took more than 2 hours when the app said at most 1. If you are unable prepare food in a timely manner, you should stop accepting orders. Prices are not cheap either, average roll is $20+ and things like shishito peppers are $15. Not recommended.

This was our second time going there tonight. The first time we went on a weekday a guy helped us who was so helpful explained the menu and told us what’s good give us a complimentary sake which we weren’t even expecting but so we like the food so so much we went back today, first of all we were not greeted we sat down and our waiter. She was so rude and in a hurry asked her for a few recommendations she’s like I don’t know it’s all good well not even once came to ask if we needed anything because we wanted to order more so we had to call the other Weers to order it while she was on another table chitchatting for a long time I guess she knew those people didn’t get our order right? It was a total mess not the service we were expecting.

Horrible wait time. Waited more than 30 minutes for a pick up even thought there were not much people in the restaurant!!! Disappointed

Food was great as we went with our family of 6. Wife and I had sushi while the kids enjoyed the chicken tenders and fries. The service was on point and they were very attentive to our needs. The ambiance was nice and family friendly with a bunch of seating for larger groups and even a sushi bar if you wanted to sit and eat at the bar.

Haven't been disappointed. No more all you can eat. They do have discounts from 3-6pm. Sushi has always been delicious and less expensive than Bluefish.

The place is very modern and seats large parties comfortably and solo parties at the sushi bar. They even have private party rooms! (Gotta try next time). The servers are all super nice, attentive and quick to refill drinks and take food orders. All with a smile. The food was the star of the show. Fresh seafood, sushi was delicious and well portioned sized rolls. The toro sashimi was delicious! And the fried calamari was more calamari than fried batter yummy! If you like sashimi sushi or cooked sushi, it's all delicious! A Great spot in the middle of Montrose. You can tell they get regular customers and new ones just dropping by! I would totally drop by over and over again!

Love the 911 roll, it’s my favorite! One of the people who works there is always so kind and always remembers my family. My favorite sushi restaurant by far now.

I love a good hidden sushi spot. This place is located in a shopping center and is rather packed at times. If you have a bigger party (5+) just know it will get cramped. The servers were okay, not very memorable. I found that they are neither rude, but also not the friendliest they just get the job done. A friendly smile is what they all needed it can truly make a world of difference in how the day will go. My partner, MIL and I had decided to stop here before we went to Universal Studios that day. I ordered a crunch roll, for me I always order as the first time around because I want to see how it is presented first before I make adjustments the next time I come; if I decide to come back to a certain restaurant. The crunch roll was heavily sauced it was practically swimming in it. It did have a nice crunch to it which I enjoyed, but could not get the other flavors of the roll because of the amount of sauce used. My recommendation is to ask for the sauce on the side or opt out of it if you are not a saucy type of person. Partner order a bento box and he was not a fan of the chicken teriyaki. To him it tasted as though they may have over cooked the chicken thighs making them extra chewy which was not fun for him. My MIL ordered the mix assorted sashimi salad and she was saying how usually them fish was fresh every time she had order it. She asked for the sauce on the side per usual, but the fish tasted extra fishy too her which was a little disappointing for her. Overall it is a hit or miss when it comes to the freshness of the sashimi. The bento box was a decent size, but the chicken was chewy and roll was a little too saucy for me.
