Great Italian restaurant in the heart of Montrose! Our family of four enjoyed everything we got from the fresh mozzarella and portobello mushroom appetizers to the salad to the fabulous mushroom risotto and desserts! We are stuffed and it was so worth it. We got there when it opened and by the time we left the restaurant was getting full on a Tuesday night. You can tell this is a locals favorite. Service was fantastic. Parking around the restaurant and the block. Definitely recommend.
Stuck in between a 3 star and a 4 star on this one.I ordered a Spaghetti Con Polpette to go on Tuesday night and to say the least, I was satisfied but not impressed. Here's my breakdown by component:Burrata: This is probably where most of my criticism for the dish stems. The burrata given was not burrata, but rather just mozzarella. It was chewy, creamy, and milky -- not bad tasting at all, but it was missing the silky interior that good burrata should have.Meatballs: Fine....read full review

Risotto Milanese $22.95 and flavorless. I was looking forward to something with mushrooms. I originally asked for fungi portobello a la griglia but the order taker said it is only an appetizer. I looked over menu and chose the risotto instead. I wonder how much rice I could have bought for $22.95.
