I ordered my drink and they gave me something different which happens no big deal I asked for the correct drink and the way they handled the situation was the problem not nice at all.

Very busy and very dirty. Prompter asked for a massive tip on a $6 drink. Regular boba was mixed with weird sour bits. Very gross. $6 to just throw it away.

Ayyyy they started selling food and it's 10/10. Super divine. Honestly, imo, better than Chick Fil A or maybe I just really like food and boba in a convenient location. Nonetheless, if you want some tendies and garlic fries (or any flavored fries for that matter), I definitely consider coming here and topping it off with a drink and zert

This is a great place, gets busy & crowded sometimes. The staff are on the friendly side most of the time. However, can be distracted often as there are many people in the place. The smoothies are amazing and the atmosphere is nice.Kid-friendliness: Casual environment. Easy to have kids here. It's filled with a fairly young crowd majority of the type.Wheelchair accessibility: On the ground level with wide entry should be easily accessible.

They have a new a new self-checkout counter where you can order and pay by yourself. I tried it and my card didn’t work. The Filipino girl told me “You know what, even if it’s not busy, you can use the self service counter” I am the only customer there and there are 4 staff who are just chatting and doing nothing. I told her I tried but my card didn’t work and she said “Really? even if you insert your card?” I said Yes. Terrible! Pilipino ka pa man din! Embarrassing! I know that their work is hard but to say that to a customer, it’s not good for the business.
I got a pineapple mango smoothie for 5.75 and it was pretty good.

You know that feeling when you are so full after eating a meal, but somehow manage to justify that you still have room for boba? That was this purchase at It's Boba Time. We decided to order the Thai Tea with tapioca to share since we have never been to It's Boba Time before. The Thai Tea was also #1 on the top 10 drinks to order at the time. This store in particular is small, but there are a few spots to sit down if you choose to. There is street parking nearby, but the mall is relatively close by. We parked at the mall and walked over. Overall, not a bad place to order boba from and the staff were friendly from what I can recall.
