I love Poke! I have been to the store in Burbank and Glendale and both have amazing customer service! I like their great attitude and have never had a bad experience with them. I became a regular at both stores because of this as well lol, keep up the good work guys!!
I didn’t get the sweet girl’s name, but I just found out I have a sesame allergy and she took the time to make sure that my toppings and proteins weren’t mixed in that, and was patient with my decisions. Not a lot of places care about alternatives or making sure their customers are still able to consume their foods, and honestly with food adjustments because of allergies made me feel so much better about coming here! Love it. Thank you dear ❤️
